Our growing HVAC company is looking for a problem solver with a can-do attitude and a proven record of controls install experience in the HVAC field. You are an accomplished BMS controls install tech that will meet clients to troubleshoot, diagnose, and safely install a variety of HVAC controls equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must in this dynamic role, as you’ll be working with industry professionals and customers. You have the technical skills to read and apply blueprints, codes, and manuals to any job, and are comfortable with using typical HVAC controls power, and hand tools to get the job done. Responsibilities: • Use electrical testing equipment to check electrical circuits and components • Advise clients on how to properly maintain their new equipment • Lay out and connect electrical wiring using hand tools according to the wiring diagram • Record HVAC equipment installs into database Qualifications: • Must have a basic understanding of high voltage connections and low voltage electrical wiring • Candidate is comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces • Must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification • Candidate must obtain required state and local HVAC technician licenses • Great communication, math, and problem-solving skills • Bend and install conduit up to 1" EMT and rigid • Minimum 5 years experience Compensation: $28 - $30 hourly
