Responsibilities: • Enforces and performs all work adhering to the company’s safety policy and OSHA & EM385 mandated requirements • Interprets & understands the scope of work, specifications, blueprints, addendums, and properly documents change orders or project delays. • In charge of all aspects of the project from start to finish, and implements measures to reduce cost and complete the project on schedule • Layout and plans work for installers to complete the task in a timely manner • Orders/layout and installs all project ductwork • Orders/layout and installs necessary refrigerant piping as required • Review/study equipment submittals and properly install equipment • Assist and coordinate the startup of installed equipment • Perform all work to local code and obtain all necessary inspections • Coordinate with GC and other Trades to expedite our progress and attend necessary meetings • Ensure all necessary project documents, as well as & As-Built & drawings, are updated on a daily basis • Organize Daily/Weekly,/Monthly project schedules to adhere to budgeted time frames and adjust accordingly • Computer literate and properly documents project history through daily/weekly/monthly reports, pictures, and forms, • Assists in recruiting, interviews, disciplinary action, and reviews of installers Qualifications: • High School diploma or GED • HVAC Certifications or adequate training • 5-10 years of field experience in HVAC/Sheet metal • Blueprint/Drafting and project software knowledge, Bluebeam • Knowledgeable and experienced with new construction projects from start to finish • Knowledgeable and experienced with computers and proper documentation • Current driver's license/Insurance Compensation: $40 - $45 hourly
