Responsibilities: • Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and ductwork, per manufacturer specifications. • Perform system startups and ensure all equipment functions correctly. • Install refrigerant lines (including soldering and brazing) and gas lines safely and efficiently. • Wire line voltage and low voltage systems for heating and cooling units. • Pre-measure jobs and verify all required materials and equipment before heading to the job site. • Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service and clear communication. • Follow company and industry safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment. • Work independently and as part of a team , assisting fellow technicians when needed. • Maintain accurate documentation , including job reports and system readings. • Keep company vehicles and equipment in excellent condition. Qualifications: • Proven experience in residential HVAC installation (minimum 2-3 years preferred) • EPA Section 608 Certification (Required) • NATE Certification (Preferred, but not required—training available) • Strong technical skills and attention to detail • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specs • Problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence • Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics when needed • Valid driver’s license & ability to pass a background check Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
