We are looking for a personable, experienced HVAC service technician who loves to problem solve to join our team. You'll be responsible for a variety of work orders, visiting homes and businesses to work on HVAC, indoor air quality, refrigeration, and control systems. The ideal candidate has the technical skills to identify and isolate problems, is familiar with using hand and power tools, and has strong communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, replaced, or installed, and why. Responsibilities: • Keep record of completed projects and the parts used • Complete preventative maintenance and warranty services for customers • Read and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams • Estimate costs of installation, repairs, and services to customers • Diagnose and repair HVAC problems, including component installation and replacement Qualifications: • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, and an exceptional problem-solver • Must have required state and local HVAC technician licenses • High school diploma or GED required • Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs or 100 lbs with help • EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification required Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
