Responsibilities: • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients • Conduct final negotiations and close sales while observing established pricing and profit targets • Develop and nurture meaningful connections with clients old and new to boost retention rates and sales • Identify and prospect potential customers in the HVAC industry, including contractors, builders, and property owners • Communicate with in-house groups like installation and support to guarantee successful project completion and happy customers Qualifications: • Minimum of one to three years of sales experience; preferably in the HVAC industry or a related field and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals • Proficient use of sales tools, including customer relationship management (CRM) • Have a valid driver's license and be able to travel as required • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED); Bachelor’s preferred • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Compensation: $73,000 - $77,500 yearly
