Hvac Service Technician – Commercial

We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to handle construction startups, troubleshooting, and more, without the after-hours calls. Systems & Skills We’re Looking For: • Rooftop Package Units, Split Systems (DX & Conventional) • Water Source Heat Pumps, Mechanical Yards • VRF/VRV Heat Recovery Systems • Chilled Water & Heating Hot Water (4-pipe systems) • VAVs and Hydronic Heating Systems • All types of piping (condensate, chilled water, hot water, refrigeration, etc.) • Ductwork (crimped, S&D, TDC, PVS-coated, stainless steel) • Ventilation & Exhaust Systems (OA, 100% OA, chemical, lab, general) • Air balancing experience is a huge plus • Sheet metal fabrication skills are a bonus! Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Company truck • Dental insurance • Flexible spending account • Fuel card • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8-hour shift • No On-Call Work — Ever! • Commercial-Only Projects (Office TI, Medical, Labs, Warehouses, etc.) Responsibilities: What You'll Bring: • 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (10+ preferred) • VRF/VRV certification from at least one manufacturer • Proven troubleshooting skills across commercial systems • A valid driver’s license • Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude • Ability to work independently and with a team • Proficiency using mobile apps and writing clear service notes Qualifications: • HVAC schooling or certification is helpful but not required. • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the HVAC industry and a valid driver's license. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team. • HVAC: 7 years (Required) Compensation: $25 - $60 hourly
