  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for a personable, experienced HVAC service technician who loves to problem solve to join our team. You'll be responsible for a variety of work orders, visiting homes and businesses to work on HVAC, indoor air quality, refrigeration, and control systems. The ideal candidate has the technical skills to identify and isolate problems, is familiar with using hand and power tools, and has strong communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, replaced, or installed, and why. Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation units. • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and determine the necessary repairs. • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment. • Respond to service calls in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. • Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients regarding system issues and recommendations. • Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices. • Quote customers for the costs of HVAC repairs, replacements, and services. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC training program preferred. • Valid HVAC technician certification and/or relevant licenses. • Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role. • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and refrigerants. • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly
