The State of Wisconsin CCAP is looking for a HYBRID Business Analyst/Consultant I.
Top Required Skills & Years of Experience:
2-3 years experience in the following:
1\. Guide and manage the process of taking business requirements and translating them into business and technical requirement that drive application design.
2\. Understand OLR’s business objectives and problems to define and document workflows, develop process documents, as well as key inputs and outputs associated with the process.
3\. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates application and OLR’s user needs; documents accordingly.
4\. Work with OLR and project stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional requirements, as well as related test cases; as required.
Nice to Have Skills:
1\. Involvement in designing integrations of internal operational systems; as required.
2\. Draft business requirements at the appropriate level of detail for each work effort, ensuring the cross-functional impacts and any required coordination/integration effort has been identified ahead of the solution.
3\. Create test scenarios, test plans, test reports, and track; as required.
4\. Experience developing flowcharts in Visio, or comparable software.
Onsite or Remote: Candidates must be Wisconsin residents or willing to relocate to Wisconsin prior to starting the role. The selected hire will need to be onsite for the first week for training. After that, they will need to come onsite at least 2 days each week.
