Job Description:
This position is responsible for
Coaching amazing sessions - 8 to 10 per week.
Sales - booking first time visits - conducting sales consultations
Team social media lead - posting daily and growing our account
Planning and executing studio events and challenges
This position is also responsible for developing first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and put members and guests in touch with the appropriate resources.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Leading an exceptional new member onboarding experience that helps members get connected to our studio.
Responsible for continued communication with our membership base to ensure they are getting the most out of their membership
Manage the studios schedule for events, seminars, outings, etc.
Responsible for maintaining attrition numbers below 8%
Help keep our gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests
Delivering an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members by ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience when they visit - you help inspire them to take the right next steps in pursuing their fitness goals within our community
Be an active part of our community by attending classes, social events, and having a routine presence in the gym.
Qualifications:
Previous fitness studio experiences preferred
Previous sales experience is helpful
Excellent customer service skills
Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
Positive and detail-oriented person that can talk to anyone
Comfortable learning new software, such as MindBody and Loyalsnap
