JOB OVERVIEW As a Client Experience Coordinator at Kickin’ It, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, ensuring every client interaction begins with a warm and professional greeting in our lobby. Beyond the front desk, you will oversee all client communications, utilizing your exceptional skills in text, phone, and email correspondence to provide timely and personalized assistance. Your role is pivotal in fostering positive client relationships, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns efficiently, all while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence. Through your proactive approach and impeccable communication, Client Experience Coordinators play a vital role in shaping our clients' experience and enhancing their satisfaction.
As the Early Childhood Physical Education Teacher, you will teach our classes, which are one of the driving forces that bring clients through the doors. Our coaches are an integral part of making classes and drop-ins a success. Whether it is a class full of Squirrels or Tigers, coaches are expected to bring high energy, a smiling face and individualized attention. We want kiddos to be excited about coming to class and seeing their coaches each week, and this all starts with a positive attitude, and attention to detail!
This is a part time, hourly role that is entirely onsite. This position will report to the General Manager.

Curriculum Familiarization and Assessment
Study and understand the weekly curriculum provided by the gym, ensuring readiness to deliver structured and engaging classes.
Complete e-learning quizzes associated with the curriculum weekly to validate comprehension and maintain consistency in class delivery.
Classroom Set-Up / Breakdown
Arrange equipment and stations according to the weekly curriculum, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children to explore and play.
Design and execute free play activities, leveraging creativity to develop diverse and exciting play setups aligned with curriculum themes.
Coaching
Facilitate engaging and age-appropriate activities and games for children in accordance with the gym's curriculum and program objectives.
Provide individualized attention and support to children during classes, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to established safety protocols and guidelines.
Work collaboratively with coaching team members to ensure seamless coordination and execution of class activities.
Client Engagement
Foster positive interactions with parents/guardians by providing regular updates on their child's progress and participation in classes, addressing any concerns or questions they may have in a timely and professional manner.
Encourage parent involvement in their child's gym experience by providing opportunities for observation, participation, and feedback, fostering a sense of partnership and collaboration in supporting the child's development and enjoyment of the program.
Engage with parents on the playground, ensuring that they are receiving a top tier client experience

Client Communication
Handle all incoming client communications promptly and courteously, whether via text, phone calls, or email.
Respond to client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications for future reference.
In-Person Client Experience
Warmly welcome clients as they arrive at our premises, creating a positive first impression.
Assist clients with inquiries, directing them to the appropriate resources or personnel as needed.
Lobby Oversight
Ensure that the reception area remains orderly, clean, safe and free of clutter.
Ensure that play areas are organized and safe for clients
Stock bathrooms as needed
Oversee retail transactions and stock retail as needed
Oversee food and beverage transactions and stock and clean coffee machine as needed
Student Interaction
Engage with kiddos on the playground and facilitate play when warranted
Foster excitement with our students through enthusiastic interaction
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
A passion for promoting active and healthy lifestyles and community for children
Experience working with children in a professional setting
Experience coaching (experience creating curriculum a plus!)
Proven ability to provide excellent customer service to clients
Positive, upbeat energy that can translate to kiddos, families, and coworkers
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$21 - $26 / hour commensurate with experience
PTO and Sick Leave for part time staff!
401(k) with matching contribution (100% matching for first 3%, 50% matching for next 2%)
Staff working at least 24 hours are eligible for health care with 60% of premiums covered for employee and 50% of premiums covered for dependents
