We specialize in medical and cosmetic skin care, offering services such as acne treatments, skin cancer screenings, laser procedures, injectables, and facials. Led by Dr. Mary Ramirez, our clinic is committed to providing compassionate, expert care in a warm, welcoming environment.

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a charismatic and well-spoken Licensed Esthetician to join our growing practice in a hybrid role that combines clinical esthetician services with front desk support.

    This position is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction both in the treatment room and at the front desk. You’ll perform aesthetic treatments like Hydrafacials, microneedling, and laser procedures, and also assist with administrative duties such as scheduling, patient check-in/out, and answering phones. Experience with EMA by Modernizing Medicine is a major plus.

    Pay Structure

    Hourly + Uncapped Commision

    Key Responsibilities

    Clinical (Esthetician) Duties

    • Provide personalized skincare consultations and treatment recommendations.
    • Perform treatments including Hydrafacials, microneedling, cosmetic laser services , and chemical peels.
    • Educate patients on skincare routines and medical-grade products.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
    • Document patient care accurately in the EMR system (EMA experience preferred).

    Front Desk Duties

    • Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out.
    • Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries.
    • Collaborate with the patient care coordinator to ensure smooth clinic operations.
    • Handle payment processing and maintain accurate patient records.

    Qualifications

    • Licensed Esthetician in the state of Texas.
    • 1+ years of experience in a dermatology or med spa setting preferred.
    • Skilled in cosmetic lasers, microneedling, and Hydrafacials.
    • Outgoing, confident communicator who thrives in patient-facing roles.
    • Spanish speaking
    • Knowledge of EMA (Modernizing Medicine) is a strong advantage.
    • Kind, genuine, team-oriented, and highly dependable.
    • Ability to multitask and maintain a polished, professional demeanor.
