Working hours: • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. in the office • Fridays: Work remotely Responsibilities: • Oversee and ensure the adherence of legal documents to all legal regulations. • Aid attorneys in case management, which includes invoicing, monitoring deadlines, and issuing necessary prompts. • Provide cost-effective suggestions to attorneys for achieving client objectives. • Create legal paperwork for attorney assessment. • Manage and organize case files and engagement details according to firm policies, whether in electronic or paper form. • Furnish clients and external counsel with case status updates upon request. • Work collaboratively with external vendors, staff, and attorneys to manage the firm's caseload efficiently, present case summaries, and meet deadlines. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate for the Hybrid Family Law Lead Case Manager position in Austin, TX should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Case Manager in a family law practice. • Possession of a professional certification or advanced education specifically in case management is highly desirable for this role. • Candidates are preferred to hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, majoring in law, business, or a related field. • Efficiently handling multiple cases simultaneously is a crucial requirement for this position. • Demonstrated experience in drafting legal documents and conducting thorough legal research is essential. • Previous professional involvement in case management processes, such as being a Lead Case Manager, legal assistant, or paralegal in a family law setting, is advantageous. • Proficiency in using various computer programs, including spreadsheets, word processing, and case management software, is a mandatory skill for this role. Compensation: $65,000
