    The Bedford Family Health Center is seeking a full-time Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Manager to oversee our occupational and substance use disorder (SUD) departments. We are looking for a self-motivating, friendly candidate that will coordinate a variety of administrative functions to support both departments. The ideal applicant should have a background in managing substance use disorder programs, as well as the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, staff, and businesses. Duties and Responsibilities:

    Community Outreach promoting services offered

    Point of contact for local businesses referring patients for MAT services

    Point of contact for employers using Occupational Medicine services

    Managing employees, processes, and workflows

    Project Management

    Program Development

    Responsible for the maintenance and prescribed growth of the MAT program and Occupational Health caseload for the assigned region

    Works with local businesses in related areas to provide case management for patients in need (housing, jobs, food, transportation, etc.)

    Schedules and registers patients in EHR system, verifying all information is complete and accurate

    Triages patients, takes vitals, and performs testing (i.e., drug tests, breath-alcohol tests, agility tests, audiology tests, vision screening, etc.)

    Sends patient reports to appropriate businesses, follows-up as needed

    Registers patients’ DOT physicals with appropriate agency

    Responsible for reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    Job Qualifications:

    2-3 years of experience in managing substance use disorder programs

    Effective communication, both written and verbally

    Ability to organize, prioritize, and problem-solve independently
