Hyundai of Anderson is currently seeking one Automotive Customer Service Rep to join our automotive family!
We have been family owned and operated for over 50 years!
Requirements for Customer Service Consultants:
- Assist customers in choosing a vehicle by listening to their needs and offering specific models as well as alternatives
- Perform walk around demonstrations on our products
- Offer test drives to customers and be able to articulate specific features and the benefits
- Utilize the dealership sales control and follow up systems that support/encourages repeat business and referrals
- Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
- Attend training and meetings as directed by management to increase job knowledge and professionalism
- Report to sales managers regarding objectives, customer reviews, analyses and planned activities
Requirements for Automotive Customer Service Consultant:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Passing of a background check
- Passing of a drug screening test
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to handle a fast paced atmosphere
