Job Description

Provide risk management and insurance independent consulting services to various clients. Communicate with brokers and other third parties. Insurance marketing initiatives to include market and broker selection, coverage specifications and the compilation of exposure and loss data. Assist clients in the preparation of applications on various lines of coverage. Analyze the insurance marketing results and make placement recommendations to the client. Complete policy audits and monitor outstanding policy endorsements. Review insurance and indemnity language in leases, loan covenants, and other third party contracts.educate clients on new products and new coverage as they are introduced into the marketplace. Work with lenders and clients on acquisition due diligence. Assist clients with developing internal risk management/loss control best practices, procedures and protocols.report and track claims activity and act as client claims advocate. experienced property and casualty person with ARM, CRM, or CPCU a plus. alternatively person with a legal background will be considered as well
