    *IMPORTANT INFORMATION (PLEASE READ): New ID Care employees and anyone on a deferral are required to be fully vaccinated as soon as possible after starting employment or following the end of the deferral.     GENERAL SUMMARY: ID Care is a large, physician owned and professionally managed medical group in New Jersey. We are growing rapidly and are adding strength to our team. eClinicalWorks is our cloud based integrated system for managing clinical and revenue cycle functions. The Systems Analyst for Revenue Cycle will support our revenue cycle users, management team, and practice leadership as our Subject Matter Expert (SME).

    REPORTS TO: Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Management

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Drive productive, efficient, and effective use of software by providing ad-hoc and planned end user training to all levels of employees including physicians. Develop training materials as needed.
    • Analyze, design, create, and produce routine and customized reports for management and practice leadership.
    • Prioritize problems for effective and timely resolution.
    • Resolve user issues and concerns, working with our IT partner and software vendors when necessary.
    • Represent company and serve as point of contact with software vendors.
    • Coordinate and facilitate software upgrades, fixes, and enhancements.
    • Perform system audits to ensure compliance with data entry and system workflows.
    • Design reports, templates, and workflows to efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Establish and maintain application configuration and support documentation.
    • Serve on IT Infrastructure projects or tasks.

    ACCOUNTABILITY: The Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring smooth operations of our critical revenue cycle software packages acting as liaison between our software vendors and the non-technical end users. This individual will be in charge of optimizing the end user’s experience and knowledge so that we get the full benefit of the software solution. This individual will work closely with IT partner to address system performance, security, and compliance issues.

    SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT USED: Travel between our various offices located within New Jersey will be required. Candidate must have a reliable employee-owned automobile with liability insurance.

    Requirements

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree(s) not required, but strongly preferred.
    • At least 2 years of ECW support experience with an emphasis on the practice management module and reporting.
