Part-time Customer Service Representative/Enrollment Agent I (Daytime Hours)
The Security Systems and Supply Technician (SSST) is an Exempt position who reports directly to the Security Systems and Supply Manager. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the Electronic Security systems (ESS) and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems/programs; this includes, but is not limited to the following: Evaluating and maintaining all ESS/CCTV systems, diagnosing and initiating corrective actions for system malfunctions and/or failures. The SSST evaluates; and provides additional instruction to employees on the operational performance of assigned ESS/CCTV systems, and ensuring regulatory compliance of systems/operations.
The position is also responsible to assist the SSSM in managing the Logistics Support Operations/System; this includes ordering, maintaining inventories, receiving/issuing materials, equipment, general supply items, and managing the vehicle fleet. Position assists in managing associated Material & Equipment (M&E) and Other Direct Cost (ODC) budget(s), vender invoicing, and maintains/provides budgetary compliance/performance reports as directed by Program Manager.
Their primary duty schedule will be Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. but they will maintain the ability to be recalled if an emergency arises with the ESS/CCTV that requires their expertise.

EDUCATION
Applicant must possess an Associates Degree from an accredited college or university in one of the law enforcement, security management, or related fields. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Law enforcement and or security support services of ten plus (5+) may be substituted for educational requirements.
EXPERIENCE
Applicant must have an excellent working knowledge of access control systems and of protection criteria for sensitive/classified materials and facilities. The candidate must show the ability to supervise subordinates in an effective and professional manner.
Applicant must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software applications.
Applicant must have demonstrated especially effective leadership and team-building skills.
