Customer Service Advocate

Job Duties:

-Primary responsibilities include developing new and servicing existing accounts

-Communicate and solves issues with cross-functional teams on a daily basis

-Work on specific projects as needed

-Recommend and select services for customers based on individual needs

-Maintain a working knowledge of the companies various services
