The Client Service Representative role will oversee our client accounts and maintain positive and helpful relationships, you will also act as a liaison between our sales / compliance department. You will gain detailed knowledge of our products and policies. CSRs should act as team players and contribute to the goals and success of all departments and the company mission. We are looking for a bright and ambitious teammate who wants to be a part of our growing company.
This role helps with lead generation, customer service, and client acquisition to acquire lifelong customers on behalf of our clients. This position is a full-time opportunity with advancement opportunities for the right person to help manage the campaign and client expectations, as well as be involved with training and overseeing staff members.

Responsibilities:

Process orders with high level accuracy
Ensure compliance with plan provisions, resolve service issue
Take initiative and resolve any escalations or complaints
Provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance
