Intermountain Lock & Security Supply is currently hiring an AR/AP Assistant. This full-time position includes the following responsibilities:
Answer Incoming Calls
Maintain Customer Accounts
Daily Collections
Work closely with vendors and our Purchasing Department
Process Payments both incoming and outgoing
We are looking for an individual with prior accounting experience and effective communication skills. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Qualified candidate must be reliable, organized, trustworthy, work well with others, problem solve successfully, adapt to new computer software, and have the ability to multi-task.
