- Highly Qualified status as defined by the Pennsylvania Department of Education
- 3+ years of full-time special education teaching and case management experience in an urban setting, with a track record of success
- 1+ years of experience as a Special Education Coordinator, Instructional Coach, or like position
- Bachelor’s degree
- Hold Pennsylvania (or other state) teaching certification in Special Education
- Willingness to work toward Pennsylvania leadership certification (if not currently held) preferred
- Complete all required criminal and child abuse background checks:
- PA State Police Clearance
- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- Cogent Federal Fingerprinting

Compensation
- The salary range for this position starts at $78,000 and is commensurate with experience
