Position Overview
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in the front office of the school, and supporting the staff in creating a joyful learning environment. They will serve as first point of contact for any students, families, staff, or visitors in the office. They will also assist in the implementation and maintenance of clear operational systems that allow the instructional team to focus on teaching and learning. This position reports to the Operations Manager. Hours vary by school, but are typically 7:30am to 12:00pm daily.
