    Job Description

    PRODUCT MARKETING INTERNSHIP

    Forward-thinking, fast paced company looking to hire an action-oriented, highly organized intern with an interest in Product Marketing and user research. The intern hired for this position will need strong critical thinking skills and be a problem solver to integrate into a fast moving environment. Interest in online communities and metaverses is a plus. 

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • User Research Recruiting: 

      • Conduct screeners for user interviews 

      • Schedule and set up calls with users for product feedback 

      • User Research Analysis

      • Collate data to gain insight and assist on research summaries

       

    • Product Launch/Go To Market Plan support

      • Assist in updating Go To Market plans, based on timeline and shifts in schedule 

      • Work closely with specific user groups to annotate data and feedback given 

      • Work with Product Marketing Lead to turn design vision into a creative brief with specific deliverables and deadline

      • Participate in design review meetings to track feedback notes

      • Copywriting support for product launches (e.g.. FAQ, release notes, social media)

    • Launch Performance Tracking

      • Review KPIs and track data to support analysis of campaign performance

      • Work with Product Marketing Lead to summarize total effectiveness and reach of marketing campaign

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Marketing/Business or Communications major

    • Solid understanding of youth markets

    • Energetic and creative

    • Hard-working and team-oriented

    • Previous experience in Product Marketing a plus

    Marketing for Product Launch

    • Organizing content needed for product launch 

    • Assisting in creating outreach for product launch (QMs, email campaign, Beta Group messaging, etc.) 

    • Working with Social lead to ensure content is scheduled

     

    Data Analysis

    • Gather impressions/engagement/reach for content surrounding product launch 

    • Monitor DAU for product launch, matching up against MBO goals

     

    Go-To-Market Plan Organization

    Updating GTM based off of new Product Marketing plan
