RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform routine maintenance on Heating and Air Conditioning equipment.

Evaluate and identify potential problems with our customers' equipment.

Provide our customers with findings and make appropriate recommendations.

Maintain accurate and timely information in our customer database.

Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.

Become an expert in the HVAC industry.

Know the customer's needs and how best to engage them.

Be coachable while striving for continuous improvement.

Cheerfully perform other duties as requested

Compensation: $15.00 - $19.50 per hour commensurate with proven experience Total Comp - $31K - $40K+ with spiffs, incentives and bonuses
