Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sewer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment construction and the ability to operate sewing machines effectively. The Sewer will work in a warehouse environment, contributing to the production process.

Responsibilities

Operate sewing machines effectively and efficiently.

Perform garment construction tasks, including cutting, stitching, and finishing.

Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse.

Ability to work with heavy material (large flags)

Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in sewing and garment construction is preferred.

Proficiency in operating various types of sewing machines.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Ability to work independently.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.

A passion for fabricating high-quality garments that meet industry standards.

This is a part-time position. Hours are flexible. This is NOT a remote position. You will be required to be in our warehouse when doing flag repairs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week

Schedule:

No weekends

Work Location: In person - this is not a remote position Must live within 30 miles of Wixom MI
