    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized INFINITI Parts Manager to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts department operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.

    • Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of INFINITI parts and accessories
    • Oversee the ordering, receiving, and stocking of parts to ensure optimal inventory levels
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve parts department efficiency and profitability
    • Supervise and train parts department staff, fostering a team-oriented work environment
    • Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely parts availability for repairs
    • Process warranty claims and returns in accordance with INFINITI guidelines
    • Utilize inventory management systems to track parts movement and generate reports
    • Provide excellent customer service to both wholesale and retail customers
    • Stay up-to-date with INFINITI product changes and parts catalog updates
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience in automotive parts management, preferably with INFINITI or luxury vehicle brands
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Automotive Technology or related field preferred
    • Proficiency in inventory management systems and parts catalog software
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
    • In-depth knowledge of INFINITI vehicle parts and systems
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Familiarity with automotive industry trends and regulations
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
