    Position Summary

    The Inventory Specialist is responsible for compliant receipt and transfer of cannabis product in their assigned vault. This person also ensures the Retail storefront is stocked for sale.

    Responsibilities & Duties

    • Manages the secure and compliant receipt and transfer of cannabis product in and out of the vault/facility
    • Assists with the performance of cycle counts
    • Maintains METRC compliance by verifying transfers, monitoring LeafLogix inventory performing integration reconciliation, and maintaining accurate METRC inventory
    • Maintains compliance with Company SOPs and CCC regulations
    • Performs retail order fulfillment in the vault
    • Audits and maintains accuracy of uninfused accessories
    • Maintaining Display Products in concert with management
    • General upkeep of Vault spaces, including cleaning and organization

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • At least 1 year of inventory management experience required
    • Basic database management experience required, including data entry and data reconciliation
    • Basic math skills including adding and subtraction required
    • Proficiency with Excel required
    • Must have a reliable personal vehicle

    Competencies

    Attention to Detail – Ability to perform accurate transactions and maintain compliance with complex regulations

    Inventory Management – Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure reconciliation of physical and virtual inventory within multiple platforms

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs occasionally
    • Ability to stoop, kneel, and bend at the waist
    • Visual acuity needed for viewing computer screens and fine print
    • Manual dexterity needed for performing data entry

    Workplace Environment:

    • Consistent moderate background noise level due to HVAC
    • Generally working in confined vault space without natural light
