Stuart Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This position involves engaging with customers over the phone, email, and other digital platforms to understand their needs and provide solutions aligned with our home service offerings. As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Customer Engagement :
Provide professional and courteous responses to customer questions and concerns.
Conduct outbound calls to potential leads, existing customers, or past clients to promote services and schedule appointments.
Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, or online chat to assist customers with service requests.
Sales Conversion :
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Close sales opportunities by clearly explaining value propositions, promotions, and service benefits.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Stuart Services solutions (e.g., HVAC repairs, plumbing upgrades, maintenance plans).
Follow-Up and Documentation :
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and appointment schedules in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, or discuss additional opportunities.
Collaboration :
Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding customer preferences and market trends.
Work closely with field technicians and the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
