    Job Summary:

    Our team is looking for someone that will be the first point of contact for our office guest and also provide office support with a variety of administrative related tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.

    Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.

    Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.

    Performs administrative and clerical support tasks such as requisition of office supplies

    Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.

    Performs other receptionist housekeeping duties such as light kitchen maintenance, prepare coffee or refreshments, and meeting room upkeep.

    Skills:

    Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook

    Proficient writing and proofreading skills

    Strong in communication, problem solving and organizational skills

    Education:

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    Experience:

    Front Desk or Clerical Assistant role, 1 year (Preferred)

    Customer service related,1 year (Preferred)

    Physical Requirements:

    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

    Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

    Job Type: Full-time

    Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday-Friday

    Salary: $18.00 Hourly * Compensation is based on experience and reliability.

    Company Benefits: *60-day probationary period is required for this role.
