Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Assistant to support our Sales Counselor. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client relationships, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Counselor in managing client interactions and maintaining strong relationships.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and property tours.
- Prepare and organize sales materials, contracts, and documentation.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Conduct market research and gather data to support sales activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our custom home building services.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Track and follow up on leads to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Support the Sales Counselor in organizing and participating in sales events, open houses, and community outreach activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the home building or real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems and sales software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
