The International Seismic Application Technology Division of Tomarco is a leading supplier of construction materials, seismic engineering, consulting services, and the related products and hardware used for nonstructural seismic bracing and the support of Mechanical, Electrical and piping systems. Our focus is geared to building utility systems within the commercial and industrial construction markets. Our primary focus is including but not limited to, HVAC, mechanical, piping, distributed electrical systems, plumbing, process piping & fire protection contractors

    Headquartered in Southern California, Tomarco also has offices in Northern California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Georgia, North Carolina, Chicago, Atlanta, New Zealand, New York, and Puerto Rico. Additional expansion is expected.

    OVERVIEW:

    Working in the front line role of Sales, you will have the opportunity to provide solutions to construction professionals that will ensure their commercial facilities are non-structurally safe and sound. This is an excellent opportunity to be at the forefront of a unique industry and to work on high visibility projects. Our target industries include Hospitals, Biotech, Microelectronic, Military/Government and large-scale General Commercial construction. This position will be responsible for daily sales calls to contractor’s offices and job sites to provide product demonstrations and to and continued sales growth. ISAT also provides in-house training for our sales representatives on a continuous basis and growth potential is unlimited within our rapidly expanding company. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Develop strong customer relationships in order to increase market share for products and services. • Develop and execute a sales plan in the local territory to meet or exceed sales goals • Sell engineering, industrial and construction supplies business to business • Conduct cold calls within the construction industry on a daily basis • Maintain and grow the existing customer base • Assist with account collections for assigned accounts as needed

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Construction knowledge

    • Ability to read construction plans a plus • Professional and clean appearance, organized and punctual

    • Strong work ethic

    • Basic computer skills, Word & Excel • Industry familiarity a plus • At least 2 years sales experience • Friendly personality • Reliable transportation • A valid Driver’s License • Willingness to drive to various job sites and contractors offices on a daily basis • Ability to follow instruction and work independently • Excellent communication skills

    We have multiple immediate openings available. Salary is base plus commission and will partially DOE, subsequently could range from 50-100k + annually.
