Job Summary
ISI® Elite Training - Owings Mills, MD, 10200 Grand Central Ave, Suite 107, is seeking a full time leader who loves bringing out the best in others. Responsibilities & Job Duties
Owns culture and members’ outstanding service experience. Drive loyalty & member engagement
Manage all aspects of ISI® coaching staff
Create and maintain high energy, welcoming, high vibe facility
Hire, train and ensure all ISI® coaches meet our elite brand standards
Organize and ensure cleanliness of training floor
Execute, train and manage coach’s portion of sales process; members’ problem-solution options
Deliver membership retention of 90% to 95%+. Target member session engagement of 100%
Build member base that loves ISI® & raves about us. Manage earned and organic social media, including tracking member post session reviews. Coordinate and partner with Assistant Facility Manager who supports Facility Manager with paid digital, and member and grassroots events efforts
Develop, delegate and/or approve training schedules of all sessions
Conducts monthly coaching staff and development meetings; supports Facility Manager with team and/or owner huddles. Attends all relevant, mandatory training and other requested corporate meetings
Coaches minimum of 10 sessions per week
Maintains current, active coaches’ employee files which includes: resume, CPR cards, fitness certifications, I-9, disciplinary items, emergency contact info, and more as needed.
Requirements and Qualities
High school diploma/GED required
Hold current fitness certification from approved organization: ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, etc.
Must have current CPR/AED certification
3+ years of professional experience coaching in fitness industry (certified personal trainer &/or group fitness trainer), and formally managing. Experience with POS MindBody and CRM Axle a plus
Great communicator, lead by example, detail-oriented, and operate with high service standards
Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred
Resourceful and able to execute plan of action
Love helping members achieve their goals and can lead a first class member experience
Demonstrate the desire to lead & train employees and motivate team to goals
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Have the flexibility and availability to work and respond early mornings, nights and weekends
Take 2+ ISI® Athletic Based Training sessions per week and attend relevant ISI® programs.
