Position Title: ISR Integration Task Manager and Graphic Developer
Position Description:
In support of Headquarters Space Force, Cornerstone is seeking a highly skilled ISR Integration Task Manager and Graphic Developer with expertise in Task Management Tool (TMT) and data visualization. This individual will assist the ISR Integration and Partnerships (S2) Division Chief by applying advanced task management, graphic development, and ISR expertise to enhance division operations and drive innovation in process optimization and data presentation.
Key Focus Areas:
Task Management and Workflow Optimization: Serve as the primary lead for TMT operations, ensuring tasks are prioritized, tracked, and resolved efficiently. Collaborate across teams to integrate TMT workflows and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Graphic Development and Data Visualization: Develop visually compelling graphics, dashboards, and reports to support ISR operations, leveraging business analytics tools and presentation software to communicate insights effectively to senior leaders.
ISR Integration and Partnerships: Support ISR capabilities, collection management doctrine, policy, and collaboration with intelligence community (IC) and international partners.
Data-Driven Decision Support: Apply advanced data analytics and visualization to improve understanding and optimize ISR collection, processing, and dissemination.
Primary Responsibilities:
TMT Leadership and Workflow Optimization:
Lead TMT tasking and reporting processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency across the division.
Leverage analytics capabilities within TMT to produce actionable insights.
Train team members to maximize TMT usage for task management and operational planning.
Graphic Design and Data Visualization:
Create visually engaging and analytically sound dashboards, charts, and presentations.
Develop standard templates and workflows for reporting ISR performance metrics and strategic goals.
ISR Support and Functional Integration:
Provide SME-level guidance on ISR capabilities, tasking, and integration of various intelligence disciplines (OSINT, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT).
Collaborate on the development of policies and doctrine to advance ISR capabilities.
Collaboration and Innovation:
Work closely with IC and international partners to enhance ISR partnerships and interoperability.
Identify opportunities for leveraging AI/ML tools to modernize ISR processes and data exploitation.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Clearance:
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years (15 preferred) supporting the ISR community.
Proven expertise in TMT and task management processes.
Background in creating data visualizations, graphics, and strategic reports.
Skills:
Exceptional proficiency in TMT and business analytics tools.
Advanced graphic design skills, including experience with visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools).
Strong communication and presentation skills, with a focus on executive-level reporting.
Knowledge of modern ISR systems, AI/ML applications, and data-driven ISR processes.
