Job Description
As an IT Administrator, you will provide technical assistance to Daxko team members, support Daxko’s Site Reliability Engineers with daily operational tasks, and help install, upgrade, and troubleshoot computer and A/V hardware and software. To succeed in this role, you should have a problem-solving attitude, the ability to give clear technical instructions along with a strong willingness to learn how to explain high-level technical solutions to other internal Daxko team members. Additionally, you should be familiar with remote troubleshooting techniques.
