    Job Description

    IDB Bank is seeking an experienced Application Analyst to join its Technology department. As part of the IT Application Manager role, the candidate will be expected to support Core technology within IT BAU group, along with other possible integrated applications. The successful candidate will have a mix of functional and technical skills gained within the financial services industry. Previous experience with core banking, digital banking, rate/product management, document imaging/cold storage, escrow and/or bank operations.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Work as an IT Application Manager supporting the IT BAU program in the Core/Digital domain, with focus on deposits, Client onboarding, etc..
    • Provide BAU support for all the related Core/Digital Banking Deposit Applications including SilverLake, Argo, Banno/Netteller, WebEscrow, Teller,JHNow , etc..
    • Analyze, troubleshoot and implement solutions to daily technical/operational issues
    • Create and maintain architectural, data and process flow diagrams, documentation and presentations
    • Work with internal teams on managing and maintaining key integrations between core and 3rd party systems, along with the data, documentation and monitoring of jobs
    • Work worth internal teams on analyzing the data integration between multiple source systems and work with IDB IT team in developing the end solution
    • Provide support to management during audits, implementations, and upgrade/releases
    • Provide support on Vendor Management (SOWs, Invoices ) & Annual Opex Budget exercise
    • Provide Functional/Technical SME support for Strategic Projects executed by IT PMO in Jack Henry Core Banking domain.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of experience with application support/management with a focus in Core and digital banking; Deposit/product experience is preferred
    • Deep proficiency & hands-on experience with Jack Henry applications. This includes, Silverlake, Xperience, Teller, Argo Keys, WebEscrow, Synergy, JHNow and/or Banno
    • In depth understanding of Deposits (DDA, MMA, TD, CDARs). Cross-divisional interfaces with other banking business area’s such as Deposit Operations, Treasury, Front Office, Treasury Management, Finance, etc is a plus.
    • Experience working in an Agile environment operating in systems such as Confluence, Jira and ServiceNow
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people, engaging stakeholders to capture and prioritize business need.

    Compensation

    The expected annual salary for this position is between $140,000 and $160,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual’s skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
