    IT Assistant Atlanta, GA - 191 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA 30303 Hourly position: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

    Position Summary:

    Main Street Auto is seeking a dedicated and motivated IT Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of IT or a strong desire to learn, with the capability to manage hardware provisioning, assist with work order ticket coordination and resolution, and perform general data entry tasks. This role is pivotal in supporting our IT department.

    Key Responsibilities:

    General IT Support: Provide basic IT support to staff as needed. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues. Hardware Provisioning: Set up and configure network devices and computers. Ensure all hardware is properly installed and functioning. Work Order Management: Assist in the coordination and resolution of work order tickets. Monitor ticketing system to ensure timely response and resolution. Data Entry: Perform general data entry tasks as required. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Administrative Support: Assist IT team members with various administrative tasks. Provide support in managing inventory of IT equipment and supplies.

    Qualifications:

    Basic understanding of IT concepts or a strong willingness to learn. Experience with hardware provisioning (network devices and computers) is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in data entry and basic administrative tasks. Familiarity with ticketing systems is an advantage.
