    Job Description:

    CFSA is seeking a hands-on Senior Project Management Officer to manage Project Schedule, support organizational change management including training development and delivery.

    Complete Description: The specific responsibilities include: The program manager is responsible for creating and onboarding project teams, integrating them into the organization and providing a clear vision of the product.

    Assist agile teams in efficient implementation and use of AzureDevOps (ADO) to automatically measure and report quality and performance measures to the Program’s Portal.

    Facilitates communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team.

    They also monitor project progress, provide timely feedback, and drive a culture of agility and learning.

    Define project scope, goals, and deliverable that support milestones in collaboration with Business, senior management and stakeholders Develop detailed project plans, communication documents, and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path related to OCM and training Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools Keep all Parties on Track and Informed:

    Manage daily team meetings to capture updates on the progress of the project, address potential roadblocks, and ensure that the project is on track.

    Manage a central repository of milestones identified by multiple workstream leads, provide status and escalate risks Maintain a risk and issues registry and track progress Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans Provide timely metrics and audit outcomes to gauge progress towards quality objectives.

    Promote Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes to identify and remove project barriers.

    Experience:

    Conveying technical and functional concept: 5 years (Preferred)

    11 Yrs Preparing complex technical documentation: 5 years (Preferred)

    Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent: 10 years (Preferred)

    Azure Dev Ops/JIRA, create Queries, Dashboards, alerts: 3 years (Preferred)

    managing training content development and/or delivery: 3 years (Preferred)

    leading OCM activities for new technology implementation: 3 years (Preferred)

    11+ yrs large scale IT Projects: 10 years (Preferred)

    Human Services or Child Welfare sector: 2 years (Preferred)

    Project Management Professional Certification: 10 years (Preferred)

    Hands on MS Project Schedule: 7 years (Preferred)

    Hands on Excel and Powerpoint skills to capture, analyze a: 7 years (Preferred)

    Professional exp. with Cúram CGISS development.: 7 years (Preferred)

    Hand-on MS Visio experience documenting Process Flow Charts: 5 years (Preferred)

    project artifacts as Project Plan , Risk Management plan etc: 7 years (Preferred)
