REQUIREMENT: IT Contracts Manager – SAP Project Oversight

Tallahassee, FL (Onsite)---Locals Only Long Term Contract Need Overall 10+Years of experience 3 References from the recent projects is must.

Minimum Qualifications:

4 years of experience in of contract management or finance experience

3 years reviewing invoices and supporting documentation

2 years monitoring/documenting vendor performance

2 years organizing and maintaining contract files

Preferred:

Experience with Florida’s contract payment system, MyFloridaMarketPlace Ariba On Demand (AOD)

Experience with Florida law related to prompt payment, deliverable review and contract monitoring

IT project experience in deliverable review and acceptance

Specific Skills:

Contract deliverable review & acceptance

Contract monitoring and documentation

Meeting coordination and documentation

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Analytical, organizational, research, and problem-solving skills
