    **This is a full-time contractor role payable at $25 per hour**

    We are seeking a customer-focused IT Tech Bar Specialist to serve as the face of our IT Department, providing first-line technical support in an office environment. This role will be responsible for assisting users with IT issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring a high level of service resolution at the first point of contact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide in-person IT support at the Tech Bar/IT Point of Service, assisting employees with technical issues.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems in an Office IT environment.
    • Utilize a ticketing system to track, document, and manage IT support requests.
    • Assist with user account management, including Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
    • Support mobile device management (MDM) processes, with experience in Microsoft Intune being a plus.
    • Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Offer guidance and training to employees on IT best practices and self-service solutions.
    • Maintain IT equipment and ensure proper configuration for end-users.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Strong customer service skills with a proactive and friendly approach.
    • Experience working with IT ticketing systems.
    • Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environment.
    • Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    Preferred Skills & Experience:

    • Experience with ServiceNow for IT support ticket management.
    • Knowledge of Verizon account management for mobile devices.
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management.

    Work Environment:

    • Team-based role, working collaboratively to support end-users.
    • Office-based, requiring hands-on troubleshooting and face-to-face customer interaction.
