    **This is a full-time contractor role payable at $31 per hour**

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PC Asset Management Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on scheduling and coordinating PC device replacements, returns, and new deployments through an asset management system. Additionally, the coordinator will assist with asset management duties, including the disposal of unused or broken IT equipment and ensuring compliance with asset lifecycle practices.

    The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of PC hardware and experience with asset management software or inventory-tracking systems (Service Now). Strong organizational and customer service skills are essential, as well as the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Schedule and coordinate PC device replacements, returns, and new deployments using an asset management system.
    • Assist with managing PC asset inventories, ensuring accurate tracking and record-keeping.
    • Support the asset management lifecycle by ensuring timely disposal of unused, outdated, or broken IT equipment in accordance with organizational policies.
    • Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures regarding asset management and IT equipment handling.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deployment and efficient processing of PC assets.
    • Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees with PC asset requests, returns, and replacements.
    • Maintain and update asset management documentation and records.

    Technical Environment and Skills/Experience:

    • Basic understanding of PC hardware and configurations.
    • Familiarity with asset management software and inventory-tracking systems for IT equipment.
    • Knowledge of asset management lifecycle processes, including the disposal and management of IT equipment.
    • Ability to follow operational policies and procedures related to asset management.

    Nice to Have Skills/Experience:

    • Proficiency in Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis of asset data.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
    • Experience in IT asset management or related roles is a plus.

    Professional Accreditations:

    • No specific certifications are required, but relevant certifications in IT asset management or hardware support are a plus.
