**This is a full-time contractor role payable at $28 per hour**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused IT Deskside Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, setup, configuration, and upgrading of end-user devices. Additionally, this role includes LCM, assisting with office moves, setups, and minimal data migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, repair, and upgrade end-user devices to ensure optimal functionality.
• Assist with office moves and setups, ensuring seamless workstation transitions.
• Perform basic data migrations as needed to support business operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Ensure all work is documented in compliance with company standards.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet business and customer needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in IT desktop support or end-user device management.
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, and other end-user devices.
• Familiarity with device upgrades and migrations.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and work efficiently under minimal supervision.
