**This is a full-time onsite 1099 contract role payable at $30.00 per hour**
Job Summary:
We are seeking an IMAC and Project Support Specialist to join our team in the financial sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, moving, adding, and changing (IMAC) IT equipment while providing project support. This role requires technical expertise in Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as asset management skills. The candidate should have strong customer service abilities and experience working in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform IMAC tasks including installation, relocation, and configuration of IT equipment.
Provide technical support for Windows and Mac environments.
Manage IT assets efficiently and accurately.
Work collaboratively within a team to execute projects successfully.
Ensure excellent customer service while interacting with end-users.
Follow financial sector compliance and security guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
Strong asset management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience working in the financial sector is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Additional Information:
This is an onsite role; remote work is not available.
No travel is required for this position.
