JOB PURPOSE:
A Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing and designing business processes and software solutions. System Analysts collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and oversee the implementation of solutions. They work closely with end-users to ensure the successful adoption of new software solutions and help drive continuous improvement initiatives. The Systems Analyst is seen as a subject matter expert and will continue to stay up to date on software enhancements for the software they support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪ Oversee discovery workshops, requirements gathering and documentation, and development of conceptual design and architecture of ERP and integrations specifically for financial processes.
▪ Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements in Dynamics 365.
▪ Lead requirements, functional design, and configuration in the transition from Great Plains to D365 Finance.
▪ Work closely with integration and dev team(s) to make sure that Numotion needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions. ▪ Create a prototype and configure processes in Dynamics 365 to ensure make sure the successfully meets our needs. This will lead to the implementation and configuration of the Dynamics365 Finance modules to meet the business needs.
▪ Analyze and design solutions for applications that can be pulled into D365 from legacy proprietary and custom solutions for revenue cycle management functions, and handle gaps detected during prototyping.
▪ Develop test plans and perform testing of the software solutions with the anticipated handoff to service delivery processes.
▪ Document settings and prepare users to use the system, including training and documentation support and partnership with trainers.
▪ Analyze and document business processes and identify areas for improvement in partnership with Finance teams.
▪ Understand how to link functional and non-functional requirements and shepherd streamlining opportunities to ensure supportable, scalable platforms with customization only where business value is derived.
▪ Maintain documentation for software solutions, including system design, configuration, and user guides.
▪ Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
▪ Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
▪ Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
▪ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
▪ 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably supporting Finance teams.
▪ Experience with Dynamics365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management
▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
▪ Ability to communicate and synthesize technical and business information to technical and non-technical individual stakeholders.
▪ Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
▪ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Experience with Power Platform and Power Automate
▪ Experience with Agile development methodologies
▪ Experience with SQL Server and Power BI
