Job Description
As a temporary IT Field Technician, you’ll be handling onsite service calls, installations, and troubleshooting of hardware, networks, and endpoints. While based in Miami, you’ll travel to client locations in the area. You’ll also work with our remote support team and follow clearly documented procedures. This position includes occasional remote work and light project coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing
Onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, network equipment, and other IT infrastructure
Deploying and configuring Windows machines, network gear (firewalls, switches, access points), and basic cabling
Coordinating with our remote engineers to assist with project tasks
Creating basic technical documentation for equipment and processes
Escalating issues when necessary and maintaining clear communication with the support team
Qualifications
Solid troubleshooting skills for Windows PCs, printers, and networking devices
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic network support
Familiarity with SonicWall, Ubiquiti, and other common SMB technologies is a plus
Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly
Must have reliable transportation and be punctual for client appointments
Strong work ethic, professional appearance, and customer-first attitude

Start Date : Immediate
Duration : 60 days
Schedule : Monday–Friday, normal business hours (occasional off-hours for emergencies)
Location : Onsite support throughout Miami and surrounding areas
Compensation : Based on experience and availability
Contract Type : Temporary / 1099
