    • Serve as the primary support for finance teams on merchandising-related financial systems.
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales transactions, auditing, and reconciliation activities.
    • Support inventory reconciliation efforts and ensure proper order management workflows.
    • Assist accounting teams in troubleshooting system issues related to transactional data.
    • Perform data extraction, querying, and analysis to support financial reporting and decision-making.
    • Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to identify and implement system enhancements.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for financial systems, processes, and reports.
    • Provide user training and support to finance teams to optimize system utilization.
    • Monitor data integrity and work on process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial system capabilities with business objectives.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Work Experience

    • 4-6 years Finance systems analysis, accounting support, or related roles ((Required))
    • 4-6 years Hands-on experience with transactional systems supporting finance and accounting functions. ((Required))
    • 4-6 years Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data querying/reporting tools. ((Required))
    • 4-6 years Strong understanding of financial processes, including sales auditing, order management, and inventory reconciliation. ((Required))
    • 4-6 years Experience with ERP, Merchandising, or Retail Management Systems, and their financial reporting tools (e.g., Oracle Retail, SAP Retail, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, etc.). ((Required))

    Education

    • Four year college degree or equivalent experience. in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (Required)

    Additional Skills

    • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. (Required)
    • Strong ability to dig into complex financial issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions. (Required)
    • Knowledge of cloud-based merchandising solutions. (Preferred)
    • Experience with retail or merchandising financial systems. (Required)
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. (Preferred)
    • Knowledge of automation tools and process improvement methodologies. (Preferred)
    • Familiarity with healthcare related products. (Preferred)
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. (Required)
    • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. (Required)
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. (Required)
