Certifications:
At Gophermods, certifications are offered after completing one year of service. Certifications offered include but are not limited to CompTIA +, Network + and Security +.
Career Progression :
Post-training, opportunities for advancement include:
- Moving into leadership roles such as Team Lead or Manager.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues in Chromebooks, iPads, and MacBooks.
- Document repair processes and outcomes for quality control and training purposes.
- Manage parts inventory and order supplies as needed.
