A leading law firm is seeking an IT Help Desk Support Specialist to provide frontline IT support to attorneys and staff. This role can be based in any of the firm’s offices. The ideal candidate has three or more years of experience in a legal environment (e.g., legal secretary, paralegal) and strong technical skills. However, we are open to training the right candidate on technical aspects if they have solid legal industry experience.
