    We are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join our team! This position is an in-office help desk technician that assists clients with technical needs as well as serve on a team for on-boarding new services. The proper candidate will possess:

    Fundamental knowledge in:

    -Networks and troubleshooting

    -Windows 10/11 / Android / iOS / Mac

    -Microsoft 365 Admin Centers

    -Microsoft Security & Compliance

    -Microsoft Apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)

    -Microsoft SharePoint

    -Microsoft Azure/Entra ID

    -Microsoft Azure VM Provisioning

    -Microsoft Tenant Setup & Migrations

    -Dropbox

    -Google Admin Console

    -Google Drive

    -Gmail

    Installation and troubleshooting :

    Servers / Laptops / Workstations / Tablets

    Routers / Firewalls / WAN / LAN / SDWAN

    Switches / NAS / Access Points / Printers Low Voltage optional

    Preferred Certifications:

    A+ / Net+ / Microsoft Certs / AWS

    Excellent communication skills (Email, verbal, and follow-up)

    Ability to meet requirements and deadlines.

    Demonstrate good work ethics.

    Ability to troubleshoot:

    Device IP connectivity

    Multi-function printers

    Access points

    IP phones

    Workstations

    Servers & shared resources

    Switches / Routers

    Microsoft Windows 7/10/11

    MacOS

    Android / iPhone

    Outlook connectivity problems

    Interacts well with clients and coworkers

    Some project management skills

    Work with sales team and field ops team

    Prior Help Desk experience required
