IT Infrastructure Construction Safety Manager (Bilingual - Korean)
Job Description
* Develop, implement, and enforce safety programs and policies tailored to IT infrastructure construction projects.
* Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other applicable safety standards.
* Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
* Provide safety training to construction and IT teams, including subcontractors, to ensure awareness of safety practices and regulations.
* Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety briefings.
* Perform regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
* Document safety incidents, near misses, and violations; conduct thorough investigations and implement preventive measures.
* Maintain accurate safety records, including OSHA logs and compliance documentation.
* Work closely with project managers, construction teams, and IT staff to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution.
* Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and coordinate inspections or audits as required.
* Develop and implement emergency response plans for construction sites.
* Lead safety drills and ensure all personnel are prepared for potential emergencies.
* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging safety technologies, and changes to OSHA regulations.
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve safety practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
