    Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the I.T. VAR and Managed Services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and creating detailed sales quotes and proposals to meet customer needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

    Sales Quotes and Proposals: Prepare detailed sales quotes and proposals, including pricing, technical specifications, and benefits of our products and services.

    Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.

    Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

    Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, technical staff, and other departments to ensure customer requirements are met and proposals are accurate and compelling.

    Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback to the Sales Director.

    Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role in the I.T. VAR and Managed Services industry.

    Skills:

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to create detailed and accurate sales quotes and proposals.

    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    3 years' experience in this field and similar positions
